Flourish Australia are expanding and starting up new employment services with the Inclusive Employment Australia program and we are seeking a Manager, Quality and Compliance to oversee the quality and compliance team!
The position available is:
- Ongoing full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday
- Based on-site within any of our ESAs**, with travel required
- Attractive salary starting at $110,000 per annum plus super and tax-free salary packaging
About the Role
The Manager, Quality and Compliance ensures Flourish Australia’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program meets all program requirements and guidelines. This role implements high-quality services that exceed expectations for both participants and employers by upholding the highest standards of service for the program. By promoting integrity, professionalism, and a person-centred approach, the role ensures all participants receive effective, safe, and outcomes-focussed support.
Key responsibilities of the position include maintaining compliance with contractual, legislative, and policy requirements; fostering employer engagement; leading quality assurance initiatives; and managing claims processes with diligence and transparency. The position works with the IE team to support people who access Flourish Australia’s employment programs to achieve their full potential by accessing open employment.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
- A relevant degree (as recognised by Flourish Australia).
- At least 3-years experience in a similar role focussed on program quality and compliance.
- Direct or related experience within Commonwealth-funded employment services, preferably in IEA, Disability Employment Services, Transition to Work or similar programs.
- Well-developed communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships across multiple sectors with a range of employers and organisations.
- Demonstrate understanding of the challenges faced by people with a lived experience of severe and persistent mental health issues and how providing a recovery-oriented service is of benefit to people.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and ability to fully utilise the client information management systems.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
