The position available is:
- Full-time (76 hour per fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday

About the Opportunity
The Systems and Network Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing both cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure, ensuring consistent availability, scalability, and optimal performance throughout the organisation. This position involves overseeing the transition of on-premises systems to cloud environments, applying best practices for automation, and setting up tools for monitoring, cost efficiency, and improved security.
The Systems and Network Analyst collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate cloud services including modern workspace solutions, device management, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, driving alignment, security and efficiency.
The key tasks and responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Implement best practices to ensure security, maintain system uptime, and optimise costs by automating cloud solutions, reducing manual tasks using Power Automate, and enhancing overall performance and efficiency.
- Setup, troubleshoot and provide expert support to iOS, macOS, Linux, Window servers.
- Serve as the final escalation point for providing Level 3 technical support to service desk tickets.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and optimal functioning of servers and networks systems, including managing IT services such as backup solutions, business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
- At least 3 years of proven experience delivering solutions in the following technology groups: Microsoft 365 Platform, Azure, MS Exchange, and MS Power Platform.
- High level of proficiency in using tooling and scripting languages (e.g., Phyton, PowerShell, Bash) to automate infrastructure and enable API-driven integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with deploying CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting hypervisor environments (e.g. VMware) including SAN-based storage arrays.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience up to L3 with iOS, macOS, Windows Server and network administration, including VPN management, firewalls, routers, and wireless systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Endpoint Security and cloud identity environments (e.g. Entra ID).
- Strong understanding of security and patch management, with knowledge of industry standards for securing business solutions across cloud and on-premises.
- Demonstrated experience with mobile device management tools (e.g. Jamf) for Apple and Windows devices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Maintain a current Australian Driver's License.
Desirable:
- A lived experience of mental health issue or carer of a person with a lived experience of a mental health issue.
- Certifications in Teams, Azure Administration, Power Platform, ITIL and networking.
- A good understanding of SIEM solutions, Essential 8 framework and ISO27001 controls and measures.
- Familiarity with governance models for maintaining compliance in business technology environments.
