On a day-to-day basis, you will be required (but not limited) to;
- Support the program manager to implement programs, policies and local procedures and with the planning and coordination of a program or project.
- Support the NMHO team with building LHD/SHN staff knowledge and skills in relation to the NDIS.
- Develop relationships with local NDIA staff and local area coordinators to ensure that participants receive appropriate supports in the community.
- Have a good understanding of the role of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and when to escalate concerns as per LHD/SHN and Flourish Australia protocol
