Flourish Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Digital and Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney Olympic Park team!
This newly created position is closed-term full-time (12 month contract with the possibility of an extension) working Monday to Friday. You will be based at our Sydney Olympic Park head office with the flexibility to work from home/remotely. This position offers an attractive annual salary starting at $70,000 and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
About the Opportunity
As the Digital and Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to support and optimise Flourish's digital and marketing programs. You will have an excellent understanding of the different digital touch points, drive digital campaigns and enhance user experience. Your creativity will be essential to driving Flourish Australia's digital narrative and supporting business growth.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Track marketing campaigns, develop digital and marketing materials, source images and handle general digital and marketing activities.
- Build our social media presence and report on social media engagement and search engine optimisation results.
- Manage and create content for our website and report on website performance.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and drive engagement.
You will be innovative, organised and an excellent writer and communicator. Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic about supporting people with lived experience and educating the public about the importance of providing mental health support without stigma or prejudice.

Selection Criteria
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Good understanding of digital marketing techniques and their applications
- Proven working experience in digital or social media marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaign.
- Knowledge of Drupal CMS.
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of web analytics.
